THE ARK VERSUS COLONIZATION

Unlike my stories of space exploration, the story of the Ark has limitations in modes of transportation, crews support and re-seeding methods.

The Ark story is, in essence, a re-colonization of our planet. The world had become intolerable and, in our heart of hearts, we were instructed to move on.

Similar to colonizing the new world with the Viking, French, Spanish, and English, people could no longer live in the manner that they had been and moved on to the frontiers for a fresh start. This is also true of space exploration. When conditions on Earth becomes so intolerable we will find a way to travel to a new frontier, either in space or perhaps the ocean floor and below.

On the Ark, food, pairings of animals, tools, and knowledge was packed aboard the boat, (or as in my redition, boats).

With the earth colonists, settlers packed away food, tools, knoledge and mostly relied on plant an anmimal life being available where they traveled to.

Space exploration will also require provisions for food, tools, pairings of plants and animals (perhaps cryogenically), and knowledge.

So I guess I am telling the same story over and over again with different twists and visions. I hope this is entertaining, educational, and yes even intriguing.
