Ms. Travis is a stoic and impressive individual. Everyone feels comfortable and secure immediately upon meeting her. Her personality mixes just the right amount of warmth and leadership to spread confidence whatever the circumstances.

She is a third-generation doctor with skills in general surgery, nutrition, treatment development, both physical and medicinal, and now administration.

Although being a department head at several hospitals back on Earth this is her first Chief Medical Position. Johnie took to the duties immediately leaving no doubt of her abilities.

Dr. Travis never applied for or contributed genetic matter for reproduction until boarding the Winkle so is a little uncomfortable around children, (wants them to act like adults). Her bedside manner, however, is impeccable, especially around geriatrics.

The charter of anyone aboard the Winkle include mating quotas and Dr. Travis has extensively researched the crew for potential candidates. Her tendencies are toward a single counterpart relationship as she is not given to promiscuity.
